Custom Shoes and Purses are priced with the cost of the shoe/purse , $30- $50 for product costs, and $200-$400 for time.

I prefer painting on leather for time and speed, but I can paint on any surface. Please keep in mind fabric naturally absorbs water and are not completely water-resistent even with hydrophobic spray. I can also add glow in the dark paint, blacklight paint, rhinestones, and homemade purse bows. I do ask for at least a week of time when working on shoes/purses.
